tumblr_md1g4cyMF41rds4rno1_500Hey, Trashtacular readers! So, you know how they say every cloud has a silver lining? Well, the silver lining is that I have a Thursday afternoon completely free to get you this recap crazy early! The cloud is that I have this afternoon free because there was a pipe leaking in my apartment and maintenance had to cut a hole in my closet in order to fix it. So, the wine is a-flowing. Honestly, the wine will be mostly for my bad luck today. We really do have an impressive night ahead of us. First up, it’s Aerosphere Aerial Balloon Show. I honestly don’t remember seeing much of this. Didn’t one person just flip while suspended by a balloon? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZhJdBqLmvzM I’m not sure how much talent is really needed for this. I can flip around too when I’m suspended by wires. Some of it was kind of cool, but I’m not really overly impressed by it at all. I could see this act as a grand finale to something, but I don’t think it really works as the whole show. Mel is speechless. Good – mainly because I don’t want to hear her speak right now. Heidi thinks everything was pretty, but it wasn’t quite grand enough. She wondered when it would get started, and then it was suddenly over. Is Mel the nice one on panel? I don’t remember her really hating much of anything. Can we all join hands across America to stop people using a “z” to make words plural? Yes, Chicago Boyz are up. I wish they would stop yelling all the time. They’re really talented, but they just seem a little…messy, I guess would be the word. I don’t mean that their choreography isn’t precise. It clearly is. However, there is just so much going on all the time that it’s hard for me to watch it. Apparently , they brought out a new trick. I wonder which trick was the new one. Was it the guy jumping rope while his face was covered? That seems cool, but it’s a white t-shirt. He could probably see through it. It seems like one of the guys fell toward the end, but I couldn’t really tell. I’m sure they all know how to fall in a way that makes it look like it was on purpose. Howie thinks they’re amazing. Howard loves the precision that is required for their act. He’s right. That is pretty impressive. Also, these guys are […]
