Hey Y’all! It’s Alejandra! Back in black for one episode of RHOM, filling in for the funny, the talented, the awesomely named, smango! Recapping this episode was like coming home for a minute, then realizing that you can only take one week a year at Christmas and while it was fun, you’re ready to leave after an hour. Aw, I kid because I love. This episode was much like most Miami episodes, lots of bullshit, then a party. Everything really revolves around Alexia, which I’m not particularly happy about because I hate her. Why do I hate her? Because she isn’t really loyal to anyone except the producers who decide how much screentime she gets. Basically, the Cubans and the Brazilian go to gay polo to FABULOUSLY protest Lea’s gala. Unfortunately, gay polo seems to be about as much fun as… polo, so… good for them? Alexia wants to play both sides (a fact that does not go unnoticed to Lea or the other women), so she goes to gay polo, then takes the car her husband sends for her back to Miami for the gala. But, she loses her nerve at the last minute and decides to stay home anyway. She interviews that everything the other women were saying about Lea being manipulative and victimizing finally got to her and she picked a side. So, she leaves Lea a message about being sick, but Lea doesn’t care and neither do I. In other news, Lisa’s husband buys her love with a necklace, Joanna has a middle-aged, Polish stalker, and Taylor Hicks is still less interesting than inanimate objects. Hooray!
