In the comments on the minicap this week, we learned that Nadine (f0rmerly Nads) is not only doing a recap of the Shahs on Bravotv.com every week, but also has her own web series where she takes a bath with these idiots and asks them questions: The Shahs Come Clean I can tell you that I’ve seen all of them so far, and that the only high point is Nadine. Everyone else is consistently an idiot – so we can rest assured that what we’re getting in the show is consistent with their real personalities. Nadine’s MJ impression is pretty accurate, amiright?Part 1So the first episode begins with Lily and Nadine in the tub, and Lily straight up annoys me from the get-go with her stupid tiara and too much makeup. Nadine asks Lily about the breakup with Reza and the one thing I can say that’s positive about Lily is that at least she is straight up honest – which is the ONLY REAL THING ABOUT HER. She tells Nadine that she felt that Reza had no right to be feel slighted because he wasn’t the one who was chased out of the restaurant and yelled at. That if Reza was the friend he claims to be he should have just called her. Truth. The best Reza’s ever looked. Reza dresses up as Lily and does a frighteningly accurate impression of Lily. In Reza’s mind, she hates Reza and MJ because they’re fat. Well, that’s not the ONLY reason – but I am sure it is one. She’s probably afraid she’ll “catch” it if she hangs out with them. Which she may not be wrong, with the amount of empty calories they guzzle of the bubbly, that can add up. Lily also confesses that she feels bad that she may have hurt Reza’s feelings, however she feels that you should always be honest with your friends so you can work on your friendship. Okay, guys. Why does Lily sound so sincere here, but on the show she comes off like such a flake? WHAT IS THIS?! Nadine is winding up Lily-bot so she can get out of the tub before she begins to rust.Part 2Nadine is taking a tub with MJ and compliments her sunglasses. To which MJ slurs, “I don’t rock Molly, I rock Tom Ford.” What the what? MJ also lies that she is the first person to ever own Tom Ford sunglasses, or some ridiculous thing a drunk 13 year old would claim. At least MJ is consistent. This isn’t a jacuzzi, I just farted. Tom Ford!The conversation with the two of them goes to a horrifying place, especially considering they are probably mostly nude in a tub together and MJ is probably loaded (please don’t pee on Nads MJ!). Nadine feels that MJ’s nude spray tan and her giant bazooombas will snag her many men.
