The Wrap is running a story that says that the $200,000 lawsuit against Vicki Gunvalson, one of the stars of Real Housewives of Orange County has been dropped. But,Vicki’s gap toothed, racoon like, possibly ex-boyfriend, Brooks Ayers, is still being sued for fraud over possible financial monkeyshines involving Vicki’s vodka company, Vicki’s Vodka. The $250,000 fraud and breach-of-contract lawsuit against Bravo’s “The Real Housewives of Orange County” star Vicki Gunvalson has been dismissed — but ex-boyfriend Brooks Ayers isn’t in the clear. “Mr. [Robert] Williamson and Ms. Gunvalson have reached an agreed-upon resolution of the matter,” Williamson’s attorney Stan Johnson told TheWrap in a statement. “As a result, Mr. Williamson has dismissed Ms. Gunvalson from the lawsuit.” Well that’s good news, and if you are Brooks Ayers, that’s right about where the good news stops. “David Brooks Ayers is still an active defendant in the litigation and has not been dismissed from the case,” Johnson said. Wow, so on the plus side, Vicki isn’t getting sued, and anyone who really has a hankering for generic vodka with a cheesy novelty label on it that’s been marked up 500% can look forward to blowing twenty bucks on a bottle of booze that will go in the hall closet and get drank by teenagers while they are out of town is a full blown winner.
