Welcome back K-fans. This is the episode where Kim eats Manhattan, or so it seems. Check it out below.
The opening scene of this episode shows Khloe demonstrating to Kris, with a cucumber, how to put on a condom. (Kris has never used one, obviously, with all those children she has spewed forth!)

At a meeting for Kardashian Kids — Kourtney is drinking a concoction of avocado, milk and sugar that looks like green pea soup. July is a big month obviously (no explanation) and Khloe is going to Australia to promote the line. It will be intense. Khloe is the only one who can do it since Kim is pregnant and Kourtney has three kids to cart around.

Kim’s home is still under construction, and the crew is getting ready to do the bedrooms and bathrooms, so they have asked Kim and family to move out while they finish. She asks Kris is they can move in with her. Kris says no. So, Kim then asks Kylie – Kylie says she would stab herself first. Kim doesn’t understand why no one is taking pity on the pregnant lady. Kris says she will go to Europe for a month, and she leaves the room cackling like a witch.

Khloe, Kourtney and Mason are at a bowling alley, and Kim shows up. Kim is continuing to ask Kourtney about Scott. Kourtney reports that he is in Europe and will be back on Saturday. Kim is still worried that they will get back together.
Kim asks why Koko’s (Khloe’s) name became “kok”
Khloe asks Kourtney to go to Australia to be her workout buddy. Kourtney says she thought about it, but she doesn’t want to go without her kids. Khloe thinks having the kids there would be a walking advertisement for Kardashian Kids. Kourtney says no, she doesn’t want people asking her questions.

Khloe and Malika are in the car and Caitlyn calls. Khloe asks Caitlyn how her penis was turned into a clit and vice versa. Malika says Khloe has to do all the traveling for the business since Kim and Kourtney are baby producing machines. Khloe cusses out the GPS woman in her car and threatens if she doesn’t shut up she will have to buy a new car! (good solution,Khloe)
Kourtney makes Kim her special avocado drink at her house. Kim asks Kourtney (again!) what is the plan with Scott. (She’s so pushy.) Kourtney says he has two personalities – he wants his family but also his party life. He would have to really change to be able to come back. Kim continues to ask Kourtney questions when all of a sudden Scott walks in. He obviously spent the night. Kim doesn’t understand what is happening. She states the obvious to Kourtney : “That was so awkward.”

Khloe is in Australia – there will be three days of activity-filled days and promotions. She notices that jet lag is settling in. She tells some Australians that she knows that koalas have chlamydia, because one time she tried to hold one in a zoo, but was told not to to because they have an STD. She calls them nasty little animals.
Kim and Kris are in the car (neither of them wearing seatbelts!) — and while she is eating a humongous salad with chicken and beans and rice, Kim brings up moving in with Kris again. Kris complains the last time Kim said she was moving in for a couple of months it stretched into two years. And she took over the whole house. Kim says only until December 1st – five months. Kris yells for help out the car window.

Kim and Kris are at a Chinese restaurant. Kim orders a ton of food for herself. (Dim Sum, and then some, Chinese Chicken Salad, Pad Thai, Chicken Pot Stickers, and Shrimp Fried Rice. She explains that she has been pretending to be interested in Kourtney’s organic pregnant food so she can keep an eye on her and gain her confidence about what is happening with Scott. Kim tells Kris about Scott spending the night at Kourtney’s. Kim defends Kourtney and says she knows she’s putting the kids first and doing a great job. It’s important the kids don’t feel abandoned by anyone.

Kim is loading up Kris’s garage with rack of clothes and shoes. Kris asks what is going on – Kim says she’s organizing all her stuff here instead of taking up an extra bedroom. Kris says every corner of her house is going to be taken over by Kim and her stuff. When she’s 85 and senile she hopes Kim remembers this and takes her in.
Meanwhile, back in Australia, Khloe has to see over 60 different media outlets – a major press junket. She’s exhausted, but soldiers on. Malika says that Khloe is a people pleaser and will do anything to please her sisters. But she’s taking the entire burden. Kim can go to Paris but not Australia. Khloe does all the work but they split all the money. Malika says Khloe should stand up for herself and tell them no.

Malika drags Khloe to a Drag Show. Khloe doesn’t feel like she can say no, so she goes, even though she’s exhausted. They drink wet pussies and toast “Up the bum, no babies.” Khloe is having fun and is glad Malika made her do something for herself. She needed it.

At Kris’ house, Kim is borrowing Kris’ mascara. Kris grills Kim about Kourtney. Kris says she hasn’t really talked with her in detail. Kris says she is also worried about Scott, so she’s going to reach out to him. She wants to help him. She wants him to straighten up so he can be a good dad to the kids. Kim just wants him out of Kourtney’s life: she’s over him.

Khloe is staying an extra day in Australia – she is taking Malika and Jen (who is that?) up in a hot air balloon ride. It is something they will remember forever. While on the ride Kourtney calls and Khloe excitedly tells her what she’s doing and Kourtney says: “Oh, I’ve done that before.” The ride is so beautiful and peaceful that it makes Khloe reflect that when she gets home she’s going to talk to the sisters and tell them how she feels about having to do all the work.
Kim and Kris are at a grocery store. Kim opens a bag of chips to snack on. They are waiting for Kourtney to show up. Next Kim is snacking on some other food. Kourtney shows up with Mason; Kim takes him away so Kris can talk to Kourtney privately. Kris tells her she has plans to meet Scott for lunch. Kourtney says not to go to a public place where people can see them.

The three sisters are over at Khloe’s. They talk about how skinny Kourtney is and how big Kim’s boobs are. Khloe finally talks to Kourtney and Kim about her workload. Khloe complains that she has no friends anymore because she has to do so much for the company with travel and all since the sisters don’t travel. Kourtney says she understands and will try to step in and do more. Kourtney says she knows that Khloe has trouble saying no. Kim says: “Have a baby, it’s such a good excuse, you don’t have to do anything.”

Scott is over at Kris’s. She has something for him to take over to the kids when he goes there. Scott says Kourtney is now saying not to let him in the house. Scott says he can’t be proactive because she changes the story every other day: Open door policy, but then it needs to be scheduled, then no access whatsoever.
Kris says she feels like she’s missing a piece of the story. Kris suggests calling Kourtney. Kourtney says she had to change the open door policy because he flaked too often. He would not attend to things with the kids and go partying instead. The kids have plans and he needs to stick to a schedule. After negotiating that he would go over that night and have dinner and maybe stay to put Mason to bed, Scott tells Kris that he’s going to Florida instead. She says he has to earn back the trust he has lost and he needs to put the time in with the kids now and give up some of his other stuff. To be continued …
